Join us at Biergarten Germania in Lowertown for an open house / social event for current and prospective board members to talk about the roles of district councils, and duties and responsibilities of board members. You don’t have to be interested in being a board member, you can talk with board members learn more about our work, and then you will also be eligible to vote for candidates at our Annual Meeting.

This event will be an opportunity to listen to presentations on the work that is currently being done, and break out into small groups to talk about specific aspects of this issue and to generate ideas. The Public Realm Committee currently meets on the third Tuesday of each month, and the January meeting has been cancelled. To allow more time between the committee meeting and the board meeting on the third Wednesday, other potential meeting dates are being considered.
