Agenda

• Joe McElwain, architect at Chase Real Estate, Inc will be showing us plans for the redevelopment of a site at 9^th and Wacouta. This site is currently a parking lot and a small warehouse building. They plan to build a residential development.
  
• We will spend any remaining committee time work-shopping the Equitable Development Scorecard for our use.
