The CapitolRiver Council Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, July 31, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., in Conference Room B, 180 East 5th Street. This meeting is open to the public, and it will include a presentation by four University of Minnesota students who are completing their Master of Public Affairs degrees.
