The CRC Development Review Committee will include a presentation and Q and A by Marcq Sung and Andrew Hestness, City of Saint Paul Planning and Economic Development, about the City’s economic development activities. The committee will also review a request by Catholic Charities to increase the number of shelter beds from 320 to 356 at 435 Dorothy Day Place.
