District Energy is allowing us to have our Development Review Committee meeting in their conference room. Here are the meeting details:

Topics to discuss will include:

• Mike Sowers, Developer / Broker for Commercial Investors Group is interested in talking about 201 4th Street (corner of 4th and Sibley, across from Union Depot). A new restaurant has opened in the space where Pullman’s Pub was located, and there are two additional retail spaces available on the street level. Upper levels are currently affordable office / artist studio space. The building is in need of roof repairs and other repairs.
• Monica Bravo, Executive Director for West Side Community Organization, will discuss her work on the Equitable Development Scorecard, which is part of WSCO’s community engagement strategy. The scorecard enables WSCO to get community input on priorities and goals for development, and to engage the community when making recommendations about specific projects.
