The Development Review Committee will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 13, from 8-9:30 a.m. in Conference Room B, Skyway level, 180 East 5th Street.
Agenda items will include an update on the Capitol Area Architecture and Planning Board’s comprehensive planning process (more information: https://mn.gov/caapb/), review of a proposed project at 241 East Kellogg Blvd (where Kelly’s Union Depot is currently located), and a review of City of Saint Paul housing initiatives and programs (see the Housing chapter, Comprehensive Plan 2040 page, on the City website).
