THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR VISION FOR SAINT PAUL
Over the summer, we talked to more than 1,700 people at 43 events as we began work on the city’s comprehensive plan, collecting more than 3,300 ideas provided through those events and online. Nine themes and priorities emerged from the input we received.
- Livability and equity
- Parks and open space
- Sense of community
- Public safety
- Road safety for bikes and pedestrians
- Invest in people
- Quality affordable housing
- Saint Paul is full of opportunity sites
Read more about these themes and priorities and then share your feedback, before January 31, 2017, on our website or by calling us at 651-266-6619.
The next step in the comprehensive planning process is to develop draft policies based on these priorities. We will ask for your feedback on these policies in late 2017 and early 2018.
The plan will then be presented to the City Council for approval and submitted to the Metropolitan Council before the end of 2018.
We encourage you to stay engaged and provide input throughout this process. We need your feedback to ensure that the plan represents the priorities of everyone in Saint Paul.
